During an arbitral process, when the technical issue becomes more theoretical, the parties may request the Tribunal to provide Technical Testimony on a particular theoretical aspect to demonstrate their reasons or arguments. In such circumstances, we assess the issue and demonstrate the technical and theoretical bases that justify what is alleged, when we issue a Technical Opinion of an Accounting Nature, in addition to providing testimony at the hearing.
